Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge any time before the order ships: contact us with your order number. If you refuse a prepaid order at the door without a reason, we refund it minus the shipping fee.

Returns & exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with everything it came with. If it is faulty or not as described, return shipping is on us; otherwise it is on you.

Items made to order, and items that can't be returned once opened (such as personal care products), can't be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

We refund you within 3 working days of receiving and checking the item, the same way you paid.

Card payments go back to the same card through the payment company; your bank usually takes 7–14 working days to show it. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by transfer, as you prefer. If you were charged for an order that had already been cancelled (for example, a payment that arrived after the online payment window closed), we refund it in full.
